Okolab Cage Incubator employs a Temperature, CO2, and O2 Control Unit that ensures precise environmental conditions inside the enclosure.

The H203-T-H-CO2-O2[0-95] Cage Controller set includes a temperature controller, CO2 (0-20%) and O2 (0-95%) controller, built-in Vibration Free Humidifying Module, user touch screen interface, and USB cable for LASX connection.

Superior accuracy is guaranteed by the interplay of two ductless heaters, which provide smooth warm air recirculation, ensuring excellent temperature stability on the sample. The system includes a Vibration Free Humidifying Module, which employs a water-permeable membrane to humidify the gas without introducing vibrations.

Oxygen and CO2 concentrations are digitally controlled by mixing N2, O2, and CO2 using mass flow controllers. CO2 is measured with a Non-Dispersive InfraRed (NDIR) dual-wavelength sensor, while O2 concentration is regulated according to the desired levels. A dedicated air pump supplies background air, with a total output flow rate adjustable from 0.2 to 0.4 l/min.

Okolab Cage Incubation System supports both Enclosure (Chamber) Feedback mode and Sample Feedback mode as standard features. The end user can select the temperature sensor driving feedback to the controller.
