UNO-PLUS T/H/CO2 set for use on SuperZ galvo.
It includes:
- All-in-one T/H/CO2 UNO-PLUS controller with embedded 7.3" touch screen display, for use with both 100% CO2 or premixed Air+5%CO2. Compatible with Okolab Objective Heaters and UNO-PLUS incubating chambers.
Technical Specs
The thermal controller allows to work both in chamber and in specimen feedback mode. T range: 3°C above ambient - 60°C. Temperature accuracy is ± 0.1°C in specimen feedback mode and ± 0.3°C in chamber feedback mode, if room temperature remains within ± 1°C. The controller is compatible with OBJ-COLLAR series - recommended for immersion objectives. Collars connect directly to the controller and are calibrated with automatic routines.
Open-loop digital CO2 mixer with 0.1% Resolution and ± 0.2% Accuracy. CO2 range 0-20%. An internal air pump allows to use background air to create Air/CO2 mixtures. A separate tubing kit is also included in case a premixed gas source is used instead of pure CO₂.
Open-loop digital Humidity module. Humidity range at 37°C: 51 to 90%. Humidity Set-point Resolution: 1%. It features a temperature controlled tube to deliver the humidified gas to the incubating chamber.

Electrically heated chamber for Leica Super Z Galvo Stage accepting petri-dishes and chamber slides – it does not accommodate MW plates
It is uniformly heated by means of embedded electric resistances and is covered with a temperature controlled lid. It requires at least one specimen holder.
